Our machine park contains seven injection molding machines and the sizes vary from 125 to 500 metric tons.
The weight of the plastic details that we produce varies from a few metric grams to 2000 metric grams. The molds are made out of steel and weigh from 10 kilograms up to 3000 kilograms.

Some of the machines are equipped with full servo robots, a technique that help us to manufacture even when the machine park is unmanned.
The thermoplastics we use in our production today are PP, PE, PS, ABS, PC/ABS and POM. Sometimes we also use materials that are reinforced by, for example, fiberglass.

We also have many years of experience using recycled materials, and we plan to continue using recycled materials in our production with the environment in focus.
